Welcome to iTourAi (the "App"), a mobile application developed by iNoid Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• In-App Purchases: The App may offer in-app purchases managed through RevenueCat.
• Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for any in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.

• Google Search API andGoogle Places API for search and location-based features.
• OpenAI API for AI-powered content generation.

All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by iNoid Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for other actions deemed harmful.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available at all times.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
