  • Monthly and annual subscriptions: Charges renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation: Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
  • Unused time: Partial refunds or prorated refunds are not typically provided for unused subscription time.

3. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchased iTourAi through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed by that platform. Refunds for those purchases are subject to the platform's own billing and refund rules.
